Financial Reporting Template

Here is a template with some samples that you can use to create your own financial report. You may need to create one of these to show your funder what you spent their money on. 

In this resource there is a blank template and then 3 samples. The first sample shows a budget that was fully spent. The second one shows a budget that was overspent. The third one shows a budget that was underspent.

It is important to truthfully report what you have spent funds on, but also be aware that if you have underspent your budget you may be asked to return the funds you did not spend (or they may not be paid out to you if they have not been paid already).
