As you start to think about organizing training for your youth:

• See if other Nations are interested in joining you
• Figure out what type of training you want to secure and write that up in a one pager or some kind of document you can share with folks that clarifies what you are looking for
• Research options / brainstorm potential partners
• Approach a potential partner and see what trainings they offer already and if anything is a fit, or if they are willing to customize a training for you (co-create something)
• See how much it would cost, decide if you would like to go ahead and set up a contract or partnership agreement
