The Ditidaht Places Project is a student-led research initiative that helps Ditidaht students investigate places in their territory and the history associated with those places. This website is a project of Ditidaht Community School, which is located in the village of balaac̓adt, on Nitinaht Lake, in Ditidaht territory. Ditidaht territory is located on the west coast of what is now called Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.
