Navigating Conversations in the Field: Tactical Communications
The TST has recorded two learning opportunities covering tactical communication techniques to help gain compliance. These learning opportunities are lead by Owen Hargrove, an instructor at Vancouver Island University in the Resource Management Department. Owen uses his on-the-ground experience from previous work as an enforcement officer for Fisheries and Oceans Canada and Environment Canada to provide a variety of communication tools and techniques.
